2. Service

Bodyfit AI provides AI-generated nutrition and training guidance for educational purposes only. It is not a medical device or medical service.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18+ (or have guardian consent) and free of medical conditions that contraindicate diet/exercise changes without supervision.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and any activity under your account.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, scrape data, attempt to bypass security, or upload illegal content.

7. AI Output

AI output can be inaccurate. Always use judgment, follow safety rules, and consult professionals for medical, allergy or special-condition needs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bodyfit AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
